JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Penjualan Honda mobil selama 2010 mencapai 61.337 unit, melampaui target yang ditetapkan oleh PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) yaitu sebanyak 60.000 unit dan tercatat sebagai rekor tertinggi selama keberadaannya di Indonesia. Jumlah tersebut naik 55 persen dari tahun lalu 39.570 unit. "Penjualan Honda selama 2010 sangat baik ditambah dengan peluncuran beberapa produk baru," ungkap Jonfis Fandy, Marketing & Aftersales Service Director PT HPM, dalam rilisnya yang diterima Kompas.com, Rabu (5/1/2011).
Menutup 2010, Honda meraih total penjualan 5.159 unit dengan produk andalannya Jazz penyumbang terbanyak, yaitu 2.177 unit, naik 3,9 persen dari bulan sebelumnya (2.096 unit). Kontribusi terbesar kedua tetap dari SUV CR-V dengan 1.406 unit, tetapi tidak disebutkan kenaikannya.
Sementara prestasi hebat ditunjukkan oleh New Honda Freed yang pada Juli lalu mengalami facelift terjual 1.333 unit dan total selama 2010 mencapai 13.500 unit, hampir mendekati CR-V yang terniaga 16.961 unit. Teratas masih dipegang oleh Jazz dengan 22.758 unit.
Bagaimana dengan sedan dan MPV? All New Odyssey yang baru diluncurkan pada Mei 2010 mampu melampaui target 250 unit dengan pencapaian total 444 unit meski Desember lalu terjual 13 unit saja.
Di kelompok sedan, All New City paling tinggi penjualan di Desember dengan 123 unit, diikuti Civic 85 unit, dan Accord 22 unit. Sementara ekspor dengan negara tujuan Thailand dan Malaysia untuk Freed mencapai 3.900 unit.
Dari hasil yang diraih selama 2010, Jonfis menilai kalau produk andalannya Jazz dan yang lainnya, seperti Accord, Civic, dan City, tetap diminati oleh konsumen meskipun belum mengalami perubahan model.
